Pokémon GO's Stadium Sights event begins this weekend on Saturday June 1st at 10:00am local time, featuring the Pokémon GO debut of Shiny Emolga

Niantic this week have announced details regarding the upcoming Stadium Sights event for Pokémon GO, which will run from June 1st at 10:00am, through to June 4th at 8:00pm local time. Stadium Sights features a selection of Fighting- and Flying-type Pokémon that will be appearing during Pokémon GO Fest 2024: Sendai, as well as the Pokémon GO debut of Shiny Emolga.

Catch Swampert in 7-star Black Crystal Tera Raid Battles in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet starting May 31st (UTC) / 30th (PDT)

The next past generation first partner evolution to appear in special Tera Raids in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet will be the Mud Fish Pokémon Swampert, who will be making its first appearance in 7-star Black Crystal Tera Raid Battles between May 31st at Midnight (UTC), and June 2nd at 11:59pm (UTC), with a follow-up appearance one week later from June 7th at Midnight (UTC), and June 9th at 11:59pm (UTC). Blissey will also be appearing more frequently in 5-star Tera Raid Battles during the second weekend of this event.

Sixth song released in the Pokémon Music Collective collaboration project - "Lucky" by Nulbarich and Sunny feat UMI

The Pokémon Music Collective project has released a new song: "Lucky" by Nulbarich and Sunny (feat. UMI), which focuses on Pokémon Centers, an iconic and indispensable part of the franchise. The song shares its name with the Japanese name of Chansey (ラッキー Lucky), a Pokémon highly associated with Pokémon Centers in the anime. The relaxing song also samples the Pokémon Center theme. The music video was released on the official Japanese Pokémon YouTube channel on May 24th, and on the official Asian channels on May 25th.

Pokémon Centers in different parts of their world have announced some new summery merchandise, including the new “Bug Out!” merchandise collection coming to Pokémon Centers in Japan and the Pokémon Tropical apparel line that’s already available online for customers in the US, Canada, and the U.K. The Bug Out! collection will be available at the Pokémon Center Online and Japanese Pokémon Centers beginning June 4th, but their other newly-announced piece of Bug-Type merch is already available for preorder.

Previously Japan-only “Soda Pop” plush line available online now at US, Canada, and U.K. Pokémon Centers

The Pokémon Company International (TPCi) announced today that the Soda Pop plush line, which was originally exclusive to Japan, has begun launching in the US, Canada, and U.K. markets for the first time. Three plushies, Squirtle, Chamander, and Bulbasaur are available online now at Pokémon Centers, with more of the Soda Pop line planned to be added in the future.
