Kinda strange that Dynablast only deals extra damage to Pokémon ex, and not Pokémon V, even though there are other Regulation H cards that affect Pokémon V (ex. Kieran from Twilight Masquerade) - especially since "Pokémon V" includes "Pokémon VMAX", and this seems to be a reference to (weaker version of?) Dynamax Cannon.

Other than that, seems like a bit of a whatever card, though admittedly I'm kinda biased against Dragon cards in general.
