New Pokémon home and travel collection coming to Singapore supermarkets

Singapore’s largest supermarket chain, FairPrice, which brought fans Pokémon-embossed OREOs earlier this year, have announced a new collection of Pokémon products called “Living with Pokémon.” The 11-piece collection features Pikachu, the Eeveelutions, and more Pokémon designs across home goods and travel products. ”Living with Pokémon” will be available at FairPrice locations across the country and at their website from July 4th until September 25th.

This collection will include some interesting pieces, such as the Poké Ball tea set for $69.90 SGD ($51.67 USD), a convertible pillow/blanket also for $69.90 SGD ($51.67 USD), and an umbrella for $49.90 SGD ($36.89 USD). Other pieces include a foldable director’s chair for $109.09 SGD ($81.24 USD), a foldable storage box for $89.90 SGD ($66.46 USD) and two different designs of carry-on luggage for $139.90 SGD ($103.42 USD) each. Some of the larger items, like the director’s chair and the luggage, are only available online and at FairPrice Xtra and FairPrice Finest stores.











The prices above may seem somewhat inflated due to FairPrice’s loyalty points discount system for this collection. Shoppers who spend $30 SGD at Fairprice locations or $90 SGD online (on any merchandise) will receive one loyalty point, and three loyalty points can be redeemed to get 70% off one of the products from “Living with Pokémon.” For example, the stainless steel water bottles in the collection can be bought for $69.90 SGD ($51.67 USD), or for three loyalty points and $20.97 SGD ($15.50 USD) each. Each purchase of a product from the collection will also come with a free Trading Card Game Fun Pack of three cards.


FairPrice will also be hosting a bingo challenge on their official Instagram, fployalty, which will run from July 2nd to July 30th. The contest is valid across Asia and winners will receive vouchers to FairPrice and more TCG Fun Packs. In addition, meet-and-greets with Pikachu will take place at select FairPrice Xtra stores, though times and locations have yet to be announced.
