Terrakion makes its Pokémon Masters EX Legendary Gauntlet debut alongside Regirock and Uxie, plus 5★-Select Type and Triple Feature Poké Fair Scouts

Regirock, Uxie, and Terrakion
Pokémon Masters EX is throwing down the gauntlet to trainers once more, with the Legendary Gauntlet returning until June 26th at 10:59pm (PDT). Players finding themselves without the proper sync pairs to take on the Gauntlet will be able to take advantage of two new Scouts that are launching alongside this event, featuring a variety of Sync Pairs suited to these particular challenges.

Epic Battle Event: Legendary Gauntlet No. 2
3 powerful opponents arrive in Pokémon Masters EX with the return of the Legendary Gauntlet. Functioning the same as past Legendary Gauntlets, players will use the sync pairs they have raised to battle through Regirock, Uxie, and Terrakion's Legendary Arena battles in succession. This is the first appearance of Terrakion in a Legendary Gauntlet after its Legendary Arena was added to the game in March 2023.

As usual, Players can use as many sync pairs as needed to complete these stages and rack up as many wins as possible. Once a sync pair has been taken into battle, however, they can't be used again regardless of the battle's outcome. Players can earn a variety of rewards by hitting certain win streak milestones, including BP Points, Move Candy Coins, a Guaranteed Lucky Cookie 3, and 1★-3★ Deluxe Lucky Cookies. As is now standard for the Legendary Gauntlet, Special Titles have also been added to Prestige Rewards for this Epic Battle Event. The titles obtained from each Legendary Gauntlet will only be available for that specific gauntlet, and will not be able to be acquired in future events.
  • Regirock is weak to Grass-type moves while on its first HP bar, and weak to Steel-type moves while on its second and third. During the battle, any Pokémon receiving a critical hit will have their Defense lowered; for Regirock, this is the only way to reduce any of its stats. After dropping below 50% on the first and second HP bars, Regirock uses Iron Defense to raise its Defense and block critical hits for a period of time. While on it's second and third HP bar, Regirock will also increase it's resistance to any status interference (flinching, confusion or trapped) each time it recovers from one until it becomes immune. Regirock last appeared in the Legendary Gauntlet held across January and February 2023.
  • Uxie is weak to Ghost-type moves. While on its first HP bar, the Healthy Advantage passive skill reduces damage while Uxie is unaffected by status conditions; on the second bar, the Acute Senses passive skill reduces damage unless Uxie is affected by status changes (e.g., flinching or restrained); and both passive skills take affect when Uxie is on its third HP bar. Additionally, passive skills increase Uxie's resistance to a status condition or interference condition (flinching, confusion, or trapped) each time it recovers from one, until it becomes immune. On Very Hard difficulty, Uxie will also apply Special Damage Reduction to its side of the field while on its first bar and Physical Damage Reduction while on its third bar. Uxie most recently appeared in the Legendary Gauntlet held in December 2023.
  • Terrakion is weak to Psychic-type moves. Terrakion's passive skills increase its damage when its Attack and Sp. Atk are raised, which it can accomplish through moves and passive skills. While on its second and third HP bar, the Clear Advantage passive skill reduces damage by 40% and 80% respectively while there's no field effect on Terrakion's side of the field, such as weather, terrain, Type Zone, or Type Damage Field.

5★-Select Type Scout
New Scout Banners

Two new scout banners have started today alongside the launch of the latest Legendary Gauntlet, each providing trainers suitable to take into battle against Pokémon featured in the gauntlet. Both of these scouts will be available until June 20th, at 10:59pm (PDT).

5★-Select Type Scout
In this 5★-Select Type Scout featuring only Grass-, Steel-, Psychic-, and Ghost-Type Sync Pairs, players can spend 2,000 paid gems to receive an 11x Scout, as well as an additional bonus selection of a 5★ Sync Pair from the limited pool. This scout can be used up to 3 times during the scouting period.

Triple Feature Poké Fair Scout
Triple Feature Poké Fair Scout

5★ Argenta & Skarmory, 5★ Sygna Suit Lana & Tapu Lele, and 5★ Sygna Suit Korrina & Marshadow are returning in this latest Triple Feature Poké Fair Scout. As usual, 5★ Sync Pairs will have a 10% chance of appearing in this Poké Fair Scout, with the featured pairs having a higher chance of appearing than other pairs. The scout also includes a daily discount, where players can perform a single scout for x100 paid gems. Each daily discount can be used 1 time per day during the entire length of the scout.

In conjunction with this scout, 5★ Sygna Suit Lana & Tapu Lele is receiving a new EX Role, and 5★ Sygna Suit Korrina & Marshadow are receiving both a new EX Role, and new Fair-Exclusive Sync Pair tiles that will be unlocked at move levels 2, 4, and 5. Players who have already teamed up with these pairs will have their existing sync pairs updated with these additions.
