New Paldean plushies and Paradox Pokémon merch coming to Pokémon Centers in Japan

The Pokémon Center has announced their latest additions for May, with lots in store for fans of the Paradox Pokémon new to Scarlet and Violet. Three Paradox Pokémon plushies, Scream Tail, Flutter Mane, and Slither Wing, as well as the Legendary Chien-Pao will be arriving to Pokémon Centers in Japan on May 18th, with preorders at the Pokémon Center Online beginning May 16th. Scream Tail and Flutter Mane will be available for ¥2,970 ($19.06 USD), Slither Wing for ¥4,400 ($28.24 USD), and Chien-Pao for ¥3,520 ($22.60 USD). All four plushies will also be available via Amazon Japan in limited quantities beginning May 25th.

Paradox Pokémon are also getting a whole collection of merch coming to Japanese Pokémon Centers, including t-shirts, lots of stationary, and collector-quality die-cast figures. The “Strange Paradox” collection will be arriving to Pokémon Centers in Japan on May 18th, with preorders at the Pokémon Center Online beginning May 16th. Four art pieces of Paradox Pokémon, starring Flutter Mane, Slither Wing, Iron Thorns, and Iron Valiant, feature across t-shirts for ¥3,300 ($21.18 USD) each, keychains for ¥770 ($4.94 USD) each, and a postcard binder for ¥1,320 ($8.47 USD), plus plenty of other stationary options. Also included are magnetic key hooks of Scream Tail and Flutter Mane for ¥2,750 ($17.65 USD) each, a photo stand of Slither Wing for ¥2,420 ($15.53 USD), and an Iron Thorns paperweight figure for ¥4,950 ($31.77 USD). The magnetic key hooks and Slither Wing photo stand will also be available via Amazon Japan in limited quantities beginning May 25th.

Superalloy figures Iron Bundle and Iron Moth
The premium die-cast figures included in the new collection, “Superalloy Iron Bundle” and “Superalloy Iron Moth,” are developed by the Bandai Spirits Collector's Division of Superalloy Co., Ltd. in celebration of the company’s 50th anniversary. Each figure has interchangeable facial expressions, moveable poses, and comes with a Booster Energy which makes its eyes light up. Preorders are open now at the Pokémon Center Online to be shipped in November of this year; Iron Bundle is available for ¥13,200 ($84.73 USD) and Iron Moth for ¥16,500 ($105.92).
