How'd Ya'll Beat 5-Star Rayquaza?

I beat it with a level 100 Terapagos. His moveset was Tera Starstorm, Ice Beam, and Dragon Beam. He was also holding a Shell Bell.
I originally tried a Chien-Pao with the Ice Tera Type. The Chien-Pao's moveset was Icicle Crash, Ruination, Swords Dance, and Recover. It was also holding a Shell Bell.
