Pokémon Horizons: Season 2—The Search for Laqua premieres in the UK in Jan 2025, in the US, Canada, and Australia in Feb 2025

Ahead of the upcoming fourth batch of episodes of the first season of Pokémon Horizons: The Series on November 22nd, The Pokémon Company International have announced that the second season of the latest Pokémon animated series will premiere February 7, 2025, in the U.S. exclusively on Netflix. Titled “Pokémon Horizons: Season 2—The Search for Laqua”, the second season will see fan-favourite dual protagonists Liko and Roy grow as trainers as they continue their journey to uncover the mysteries of the Pokémon world.

Pokémon Horizons: Season 2—The Search for Laqua Synopsis said:
The adventure continues for Liko and Roy as they travel the world in search of the remaining Six Hero Pokémon and the legendary land of Laqua. But to grow as Pokémon Trainers, a new challenge awaits — Tera Training! Journeying through Paldea, Liko, Roy and Dot must hone their Terastallization skills and battle the region’s powerful Gym Leaders. Then, Liko, Roy and the rest of the Rising Volt Tacklers resume their pursuit of the Six Heroes, including the black Rayquaza, as both they and the Explorers race to uncover the secrets behind Terapagos and finally find the path that will lead them to Laqua.

Fans in the U.K. will be the first to enjoy the new season, as it will be debuting on BBC iPlayer in January 2025. Fans in Canada won't have to wait much longer to enjoy the series, as it premieres Feb. 8, 2025, in Canada exclusively on Cartoon Network and Télétoon. Fans in Australia will follow behind with the Australian premiere of the series on Feb. 27, 2025, exclusively on 9Go!. In addition, after they have aired, Season 2 episodes will be available again beginning April 1, 2025, via video on demand through Stan. Additionally, fans around the world can also enjoy the series as it debuts in France soon exclusively on Gulli and Canal J, in the Nordics, Poland, and Latin America on February 7, 2025, exclusively on Netflix. The series is also expected to be available in Asia soon after via the Pokémon Asia ENG YouTube channel and other regional YouTube channels.
