Get more GO Safari Ball in this weekend's Pokémon GO Wild Area: Global event with the GO Safari Ball: Extra Access Ticket

The Pokémon GO Wild Area: Global event will be taking place this coming weekend, on November 23rd and 24th, from 10:00am to 6:15pm local time each day. Ahead of the start of this event, Niantic has announced the GO Safari Ball: Extra Access Ticket, which players can purchase to receive additional GO Safari Balls.

Trainers will be able to purchase the GO Safari Ball: Extra Access Ticket for US$2.00 (or the equivalent pricing tier in each local currency) until November 24th, at 5:15pm (JST) / 8:15am (UTC). After purchasing this ticket, Trainers will have access to additional hourly Timed Research on the event date.

Each hourly Timed Research task will reward four additional GO Safari Balls. These tasks will expire one hour after they are issued, so all rewards must be claimed before then. Do remember also that all unused GO Safari Balls will expire and disappear at 6:15pm local time each day of the event.

There has also been a minor update on information regarding encounters with mighty Pokémon. When Trainers encounter mighty Pokémon, "!!!" will appear above the Pokémon in place of where the "CP" would normally display.
