Dexio & Espeon make their Pokémon Masters EX debut in a new Poké Fair Scout
Players will receive 4× Support Roll Cake Coin and 4× 5★ Power-Ups each time they pair up with Dexio & Espeon through this scout, up to a maximum of 5 times. Additionally, players will also receive the following rewards the first ten times they do a Scout ×11:
- 1st-4th times: Tech Move Candy Coin ×1
- 5th time: Superawakening Candy ×1
- 6th-9th times: Tech Move Candy Coin ×2
- 10th time: Superawakening Candy ×1
Dexio & Espeon are built to deal massive amounts of single-target damage to individual opponents, while requiring large portions of the Move Gauge for each attack. Their Seeing Is Believing Passive Skill increases the amount of move gauge slots they need to use attack moves by one in exchange for powering up moves, and raising their Sp. Atk by 4 stat ranks and critical-hit rate by 3 stat ranks when it enters a battle. Raising their Sp. Atk activates their Psychic Light of Dawn buddy move, which already required 4 move gauge even before that Passive Skill, but which has a whopping 300 base power, never misses, lowers the target's Sp. Def by 2 stat ranks, applies the Free Move Next effect to Dexio & Espeon, and increases Dexio & Espeon's Special Moves ↑ Next effect by 1 rank. This move only has 1 MP, but so long as Dexio & Espeon still have Lum Berries left, MP will be deducted from those instead, allowing the move to be used repeatedly so long as you can provide enough move gauge to it.
