Trainers worldwide can encounter Spritzee in Pokémon GO by completing limited Timed Research marking the start of the Safari Zone: Goyang event

To celebrate the Pokémon GO Safari Zone: Goyang event in South Korea, all Trainers worldwide are receiving limited Timed Research tasks from September 24th at 8am local time until September 25th at 8pm local time. By completing these tasks, Trainers will be able to encounter the Perfume Pokémon Spritzee. Particularly lucky Trainers may encounter its Shiny variant, which is making its debut with this event.
