Closed beta testing of new versions of Pokémon Café Mix to begin in Japan

The official Pokémon Café Mix Japanese website has announced that they have opened registration to players in Japan for a closed beta testing of a renewed version of Pokémon Café Mix. The application ends on June 30, 2021, while the testing is scheduled to be held this Summer. The renewed version will be launched this Autumn. A limit of 10, 000 people are able to sign-up for the testing, If there are many applications, a lottery will be held. For those who are selected, they will receive an email around July 9th (Only those selected will be notified). The players need to have a Pokémon Café Mix support ID which they can find on the top right of their screen. All applicants will receive 1000 Golden Acorns in their game when the renewed version are released. Those who answer a post-questionnaire will receive an additional 5000 Golden Acorns. • Have Pokémon eat food and make friends. Collect lots of Staff Pokémon.

More ways to increase your Pokémon's friendship!

• You can now dress up your Staff Pokémon.
• As their friendship level increase, their Skills will improve, and it will be easier to clear the puzzles.

For the closed beta testing, applicants have to take note of the following:

• They can only use the version (Nintendo Switch, Android, or iOS) they've selected in the registration form.
• Their progress in the testing cannot and will not be carried over to the actual game.
• Recording of screenshots and videos are prohibited.
• There are no in-game paid currencies available.
• There may not be smooth gameplay.
• The period and contents of the closed beta test are subject to change without notice.
• Emergency maintenance may be carried out without notice.
